As alleged in a previous post I have revisited Rosemount 2006 Shiraz, and accordingly I am very happy that I did. It is an excellent Shiraz that complimented the Asian cuisine that was eaten that night. The cuisine consisting of green pan cakes, Chenqdu Zhong’s dumpling, and cumin beef severed in the traditional Szechuan style, a most exceptional meal to say the least.
Also on a side note if you really want traditional Chinese cuisine and happen to be in the area hit me up.
Also-Also, Chinese food is better with a red wine.
